Ingredients for Medhu Vada
- Urad Dall - 1 Cup
- Salt
- Onion Finely Chopped - 1 Big
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chili 2

Process 2
- Soak urad dal for at least 2hrs.
- Wash the dal and drain excess water and put it in the grinder.
- Add salt as per your taste.
- Sprinkle water every 5 to 10 minutes.
- Grind dal for 45 – 50 minutes.
- Mix all the other ingredients into the batter and mix it well. Vada batter is now ready.
Process 3
- Heat oil in a frying pan
- Take the batter, shape it, and put it in the oil.
- Wait for a minute and flip it.
- Take it out when it turns golden brown.
- Check and adjust the flame if you notice batter uncooked inside.
- Our yummy medhu vada is now ready.
- Serve medhu vada with flavourful sambar!
